IMPORTANT: Upon receipt of the merchandise, check the number of packages and the condition of the packaging, as well as the merchandise. If possible, open the package in front of the carrier and check that there has been no impact on the transport and everything is correct. Otherwise, leave reflected in the delivery note that it is “Pending to check the interior of the merchandise” before signing it, in order to correctly review the merchandise once in its possession. Verify the possible damages before 24 hours after the delivery of the same. MalovTM is not responsible for any type of claim in case these indications are not followed exactly as indicated.

Likewise, all original packaging must be kept for a possible return (box and internal foams of the table, wooden pallet and chipboard board on the cardboard). Failure to comply with this stipulation will cause MalovTM to avoid any responsibility. In the case of bulky products, transportation is included to the door of the residence at street level (does not include stairs, steps, plants and the like). Keep in mind that the table is lying on a wooden pallet and it takes at least 2 or 3 people to handle it.
